Installation specifications
1. Determining the centerline of the pipeline: Prior to construction, the starting point, ending point, plane inflection point, longitudinal inflection point, and straight line control center pile of the centerline can be measured and set on site according to the designed centerline control points. Direction control piles can be set at appropriate positions outside the grooves of the starting and ending plane inflection points, and the pile number can be determined through measurement.
2. Establishing temporary benchmarks: Pipeline engineering often requires the addition of temporary benchmarks, which should be set up in stable and non collision prone areas, with a spacing of no more than 30 meters. The closure error of temporary benchmark points should meet the prescribed standards.
3. The excavation of trenches is mainly carried out by excavators, supplemented by manual bottom cleaning. The connecting pipes and branch pipes of rainwater hoppers are excavated manually. During the excavation process, pay attention to observing soil changes and use support and enclosure for sections with signs of collapse.
4. Excavator excavates until the bottom elevation of the trench is about 10cm, leaving the soil at the bottom of the trench untouched, and then manually clearing and trimming the trench bottom. Manually clean the tank and carefully inspect the soil at the bottom of the tank for any disturbance. If there is any disturbance, special treatment should be taken.
