If the ambient temperature is too high, it may be necessary to; If the ambient temperature is below 0 ℃, the raw materials used for building blocks must have special structural components that can withstand low temperatures.
When the ambient temperature in the workplace of hydraulic bricks may be below 0 ℃, all water sources, such as the water metering system of the mixer and the water cooling system of the hydraulic station, must be cut off. Clean up the accumulated water in the water pump, cooling system, and pipelines. Store the hydraulic oil from the hydraulic station in the oil tank. Maintain the temperature of the fuel tank. Especially in cold northern regions, it is even more important to pay attention.
3. The installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance personnel of various types of hydraulic bricks need to have a secondary school education level or above and be trained before taking up their posts. They can only work with certificates after passing the training.
4. After the mechanical equipment arrives at the designated location of your company, please promptly dispatch your personnel to open the box and inspect the goods according to the packing list. After confirming the accuracy, please carry out rainproof, moisture-proof, and rust proof treatment on the hydraulic brick equipment (including randomly delivered accessories and vulnerable parts). If there are any errors, please contact us promptly.
Before installing the equipment, please measure and inspect each part of the foundation according to the foundation diagram, and confirm that there are no errors before installing the equipment.
